Worry Dolls are a tradition of Guatemalan children who make tiny colorful dolls from sticks and fabric threads. The children share their worries with their dolls and the doll then takes care of their problems while they sleep.
Kellie designed the quilt for her daughter Jessica, who always carries the worries of the world with her.
The pattern includes complete instructions & full sized pattern sheets to create this fun cuddle quilt and two cute cushions.
This project is put together using raw edge applique. The bright colors & playful characters combine beautifully in this quit making it a fun project any child would love!
The sky is literally the limit with this design. Why not individualize the dolls in your version to respresent little people who are special to you or use the shapes to make any number of new creations? You are limited only by your own imagination!
