What is the minimum yardage I can order?
On regular priced fabric, you can order as little as 0.25 yard and any additional yardage in 0.25 yard increments.
On Sale and Clearance fabrics, minimum yardage may be 0.50 yard, and any additional yardage in 0.25 yard increments.
Please use decimal points (periods, not commas) to enter the amount of fabric you'd like to purchase.

Can I order fat quarters?
Normally 0.25 yard is 9" of fabric by the width of the fabric. We will gladly cut you fat quarters (18" by half the width of the fabric) when possible. Just leave a comment specifiying which fabric in your order you would like in fat quarters and we will do our best to do so.

Are the fabric images in the store accurate?
While we take great care in assuring that our images are a correct representation of the fabrics, colors do not always appear realistic on all computer monitors. If you'd like us to send you a small fabric swatch before purchasing, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
To keep costs to our customers down, we use Paypal's Express Checkout to allow you to pay for your purchases. You do not need a Paypal account and can pay directly by credit card through their secure site. When you check out you will be directed to the Paypal site where you'll complete your purchase and will then be directed back to the twiddletails store. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

I did not create an account. How do I track the status of my order?
We will send an email when your order status changes. You can also track the progress of your order by visiting this link and entering your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
